Moon vampires are typically heights of seven to eight feet, however Lunapaula was born remarkably short and small for her type of vampire at six feet tall.

In her and her sister in laws trek to make it to the sacred sun and moon city to pray to the Sky Father and the Sun and Moon gods, they gave birth along the way. Her sister in law Anula passed during child birth and Lunapaula's child died upon birth. Being the only survivor of the two adults she adopted her sister in laws twin moon children, a boy named Hilal and a girl named Twyla
